ABOUT kathryn

Meet Kathryn, a knowledgeable and trusted professional in the studio industry. She continues to strive for excellent customer service with every interaction as the Lead Executive Studio Assistant and CEO of Studio Advantage. Her journey began working at Walt Disney World before her dream became a reality of opening a dance studio in Marshall, Michigan. Kathryn owned and operated her studio for 12 years while growing her business to approximately 400 students through effxcellent customer communication, marketing strategies, and building confidence and trust with her clientele. She also added a competition team and an elite student company as well as utilizing her network to provide intensives and workshops with guest artists.

Kathryn quickly realized more of her strengths lie in studio organization, project development, customer relationship management, and marketing for the student she wanted to obtain! With this, she also gained extensive knowledge in studio software as a New Account Specialist with DanceStudio-Pro. In addition to incorporating software into the daily operations of her business, she was also able to build integrations for added levels of automation, along with the ability to reduce manual tasks. Kathryn has worked with numerous studios in the US, UK, and Australia to build a foundation for successful ffffffffstudio ownership. With this, her goal is to create lasting relationships with her customers by providing the utmost level of professionalism and quality of service!
